WARM UPS
Friday March 20 in the Equidome
Required under supervision of the stewards
11:00am - 12:30pm: Open
12:30pm - 2:00pm: Intermediate
2:00pm - 3:30pm: Novice & Beginner
Mounting/staging area will be in the Equidome to stay out of the heat.
The outdoor arena next to Barn 8 is available for lunging.

HEAT CONSIDERATIONS
We are expecting temperatures in the 90s.
Jackets are optional during the draw and course walk.
We'd like to create more shade in the mounting/staging area. Please bring a pop-up if you have one.

STABLING
The Zone will provide 4 bags of shavings per stall.
Bring your own water buckets, an extra water bucket for the mounting area, muck equipment, hay and feed.

HORSE TURNOUT
Saddle pads with name tags will be provided by the Zone. Pick up on Friday 3/20 outside of the show office.
Horses should be well groomed and tidy, using FEI standards of care (whiskers ok, clean and well groomed, tails brushed out, clean tack, etc).
Manes should be pulled or braided- no loose long manes, please.
